What is the name of the wow addon that does the following...

I used to have something similar a long time ago, example:

I'm a priest, I have my tank targetted... My tank has the enemy targetted.

I want to be able to cast a heal and hit him, OR cast a nuke and hit his target, all without untargetting him.

(Same with beneficial buffs/heals when I have an enemy targetted and they have one of my people targetted)

What addon can do this?

Can't you accomplish most of this with target of target in Pitbull or AG_uf?
