Default settings for new characters

Is there or would anyone be willing to create a mod that can run a script whenever a new character is created/logged into that could allow certain settings be set, ie chat window position/font size, showing actionbars, etc etc.

Any help is appreciated.

Most mods allow you to create profiles already.
