Mod cannot be downloaded

My mod, BiggerBrother, was able to be downloaded for quite a while. But for the last 5 days, no one has been able to download it. And when I try to, I get the following error:

    The project you are looking for does not exist on Curse. This may because of one of the following reasons:

    * You followed a bad URL.
    * The author removed his project.
    * The project was removed by Curse's moderators.

    If you believe you reached this page in error, we encourage you to search for the missing project.


I am pretty sure it is not the first 2... Which makes me wonder why it would be the 3rd if it is.
