Addon Problem

Ive recently added a few addons but i cant seem to figure out what this problem is occuring with, i have this little box on my screen and i cant move it and don't see waht the hell its for a link to see it is here http://www.angelfire.com/punk3/mypunklife/WTFwow.JPG
it seems to count something and it appears to say NSCA in red on the bottom please help, thanks in advance.

Edit: it seems to be some retarded targeting system

My first suggestion would be to uninstall your addons ONE AT A TIME so you can figure out which addon is causing the problem, maybe other folks have a better suggestion. Once you figure out which one is causing the problem, play around with that addons settings.
