Curse Client update problem

Hi,

My curse client doesn't seem to respond when I click on the "install package" link of an addon. It just asks for my permission to exec the program file, which I grant, but after that it doesn't do anything.
Also, my auctioneer has been updated, manually, but in curse package manager it still shows an old version. Is there a way to update/ refresh the entire list?

my autoupdate for curse packages is just hangingabout 1/6th of the way in. It has been doing this since the last client update and I am getting numerous add-on errors in game.

1/6th of the download progress bar? or on the "installing world of warcraft addon"?
