i downloaded those things that wow gives you, but i dont know any programs that can save files as xml lua's or loc's so some one wana point me to a how to forum or something?

New versions of Microsoft Word 2007 edition can save files as .xml.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but it might help :P

Any text editor can be used to create those file types.
