Cannot Download

I am not able to install anything via Curse Client. I use to always do it this way and have not changed anything. Now I click Install Via Curse Client and it just sits there after I allow it to go. I have tried IE7 and Firefox browsers but I get the same thing. Is there something different that needs to be done now?

I cant download anything either and i need to it keeps telling me unable to download because of previous instance (00000000)

I can not down load either! I thought it was just me!!
