Addons dont work..

So I have all of my addons in the right places
extracted into the right folders
everything

but they dont work
they're compatible with 2.4
and everything

but at the character selection screen, it doesn't show an addons button
what am I doing wrong?

I recommend contacting the authors of these addons so they can resolve it for you. Go through addon by addon and eventually you should locate the problem. Good luck!
