could someone please make this add-on

hello, i am relatively new to Curse, and about 2 months old in WOW, however, i have made a pretty sucessful guild and was wondering if there is an add-on that lets you know how long each individual guild members have been in the guild for. if there isn't one already, could someone tell me how to make add-ons?

someone plz make this i'm a guild leader and i could really use it when it comes to knowing who to promote and maybe something to let you know other things like a checklist of things ppl need to do to get promoted that they did

ok guys u look under giuld nd u see all the people in ur giuld right well down at the right hand corner should be an arrow click on that then it should show members how long they been playing and click agian it shows there class.
