Does Anybody Know what this addon is the bottom part of the screen i like it alot and would love to use it im talking about the action bar or the whole entire addon please give me link the the addon thanks!

If your asking about the artwork behind the action bars, thats more than likely eePanles2 with custom artwork. If you want to move the minimap they way they did, you can use Simple Minimap, if you want to change the layout of the buttons they way they did, use Bartender3. Im not sure about what unit frames are used there, but I believe thats CT_Unitframes.

The SS you are showing is a UI package containing many add ons configured in a way to make a custom UI. The bottom part of the screen containing the action bars, minimap, unit frames and artwork is many add ons.
