Friends notes(WoW)

whats a good add on that allows me to make personal notes for people on my friends list? much like guild notes.

im asking because i have a friend i know outside of the game who keeps asking me for money and i don't want to end up forgetting how much he owes me. so something like how the gulid notes work i want to be able to put a note on him in my friends list(hes in a different gulid.)
